Ms. Marks' foundation paper piecing patterns are beautiful, and this one is no exception. The pattern is somewhat intricate, so, in my mind, not a beginner's project - although the instructions are very detailed. But if you have some little experience with foundation paper piecing, you should enjoy this challenge. I know I will.

Hello, I am a mom, a Navy wife, a quilter, and a quilt designer. Life is certainly busy but I have always found time to squeeze in some quilting. I started quilting when I was pregnant with my son. I wanted a quilt for his room and just couldn’t find the right one. So I decided to make one, it can’t be that hard I thought. I was really wrong! But I love it so much that I never stopped making them. I sewed and sewed and soon ran out of quilt patterns. Then I decided to try to make my own quilt designs, it can’t be that hard. I was wrong again! I began to show my quilts and find a lot of pleasure in the competition aspect of the show quilting. My favorite part of quilting is sharing my art with others.
